Where is your future leading you?

“the best way to predict the future, is to create it!”

This really got me thinking. This is so true on so many levels. How many times a day do you struggle to determine what is going to go on that day, weekend or week. If you are a planner, you are wondering about next month, six months and a year down the road. Life happens and something will always come up, however you can be prepared and have a plan.
The economy is up, down and all around these days and it is getting tough for people to know if they will still have a job or if the job they have will be able to provide enough for them to make a living a pay the bills. Many people are getting part time jobs or seeking a new career path. Options are all around you and never say you cannot find a job. If you are motivated and willing you will find a job! There are many jobs hiring and just because you are over qualified or you don't think it is a good fit for you, does not mean over look the job. Take a look at all the angles.
Will the hours work for me?
What is the income?
Can I set up my schedule?
Will I be able to get a raise?
These are just a couple of the questions that come up. People are looking to become individuals again. They are sick of corporate America! We are looking for a more flexible, fun and successful way to make a career for ourselves.
Most states have high taxes, lots of paperwork and they are tough when it comes to opening your own business. Why not become an entrepreneur. Take a look at the 1099 world! It really is taking America by storm! People are starting to find ways to make a career with direct selling.
Remember back in the day when you would hear about Door-to- Door salesman? Bring that back, get personal and connect with people. I am certainly not saying you have to go Door-to- Door but, you want to focus on connecting with people in person and on the phone. People forget with all the days technology how great it can be to hear the excitement in someones voice or see it in their eyes.
I found this blog (which I love) and this was such a great thought, I had to share:
Is Direct Sales right for ME?
Here is who it IS right for:
Someone who is MOTIVATED.
Someone who is trainable.
Someone who wants to better themselves through personal development (by learning, stepping out of their comfort zone, creating new relationships, etc.)
Someone who can pick up when the going gets tough and keep at it.
Someone who is not afraid to work, and work hard until they reach success.
Being in direct sales isn't difficult work. But it IS work.

I encourage everyone to find what fits you! Direct sales can really open your eyes and allow you to be everything you want to be! It will change your life and you will change the lives of others.
